Outlook Automatically Making Meeting a Teams Meeting

Question: Why does Outlook add a Teams meeting whenever I create a calendar invite?



Answer:

  1. In Outlook, choose File and then Options.

  2. Select the Calendar tab of Outlook Options dialog box.

  3. Unclick the "Add online meeting to all meetings"

  4. Click OK on all dialog boxes and restart Outlook.
